On a large piece of unused land on Kissleberg 1:4 we are developing a convenient permanent accommodation consisting of houses and apartments that are suitable for both working families and Seniors. These houses and apartments have the access to the service centre Lilla Björnen “the Little Bear” which can be used by all residents.

On the 18th of March 2010, the accommodation concept was received with success. The Environment and City Planning decided to approve the plan for a part of Kissleberg 1:4, Herrestads Parish and in the name of the City Council adopt the plan.
